MA Communication Design (2:1)

Within this time, my visual and Adobe skills became highly developed. This experience allowed me to focus on producing a visual portfolio and experiment with new and diverse ways to explore concepts, and creatively come to more effective design solutions. Follow the “Design Briefs” tab to see all the visual projects I have previously executed. These all required insights and intense amounts of both primary and secondary research. Not only do I understand the benefits and opportunities of research-driven projects, I believe it’s an effective tool as it can help to aid and develop communication by understanding an audience’s behaviour.

Falmouth University, The Academy of Music & Theatre Arts, Penryn Campus, Cornwall.

BA (Hons) Music, Theatre & Entertainment Management. (2:1)

The principle of this degree was primarily focused in business management; marketing, business plans, budgeting, reflective practice, law and copyright as well as stakeholder management and discovering analytical tools. It further provided me with an opportunity to upskill my entrepreneurial skills within the arts, events and entertainment industries. As well as a theoretical approach, practical experience was just as important. It was during this time that my passion for cultural studies, performance art and communication was sparked.

It was here, when I managed gigs for the legendary Silver Apples, world beat-box champion Bellatrix, Sound of the Sirens and others.
